2022 FAI F1ABC European Championships for Free Flight Model Aircraft in North Macedonia
The 2022 FAI F1ABC European Championships for Free Flight Model Aircraft took place from 16 to 20 August 2022 in Prilep, North Macedonia.
Opening ceremony
The event originally was scheduled to happen in 2020 but COVID restrictions prevented it to be held until this year. It was well attended with competitors from 26 countries.
F1A European Champion Per Findahl of Sweden
Three classes were flown at this competition: F1A gliders (top picture), F1B rubber power and F1C power model. In the F1A class, Swedish pilot Per Findahl kept his title.
