Bio

Schwarz discovered his passion for RC flying aged 12. He started with fixed-wing aircraft, moved onto helicopters, and from there, discovered FPV racing, which he says excites him the most: "I love the thrill of high-speed racing and the challenge of competing against the best pilots."

Having commenced FAI competitions in 2024, he finished 31st on the 2024 FAI Drone Racing World Cup rankings, and qualified for The World Games 2025.

Always pushing himself to develop further, what he enjoys most about FPV racing is, "the never-ending opportunity to improve," with every track and every competition helping him refine his skills as he adapts to each new challenge and becomes faster and more precise. He says, "The dynamic mix of technology, competition, and adrenaline keeps me motivated every day."

Other activities

Although he may not have as much time to train as he would like, Schwarz is fully immersed in the world of drones in his day to day life, working within the industry and also running his own business relating to RC flying services.

THE World Games 2025

What are your goals for this competition?
"My goal for The World Games 2025 is to compete at the highest level and deliver my best possible performance. I want to showcase my skills on the international stage and race against the world’s top pilots. Of course, achieving a strong result would be amazing, but my main focus is to push my limits, gain valuable experience, and represent my country with pride."

What is your training schedule for the event?
"Due to my work commitments, I don’t have as much time for training as I would like. I usually manage to train a maximum of once per week, so I focus on making every session as efficient as possible"

What are you expecting to experience at The World Games this year?
"I see my participation in The World Games 2025 as a great opportunity to compete against the best pilots in the world and test my skills at the highest level. I expect intense and exciting races, valuable experience, and the chance to grow as a pilot. My goal is to stay focused under pressure, adapt quickly to the competition environment, and deliver my best performance on race day."
